Clients can be granted access to the Client Portal either through self directed sign up or via invitation. Both methods require you to tie clients from your Owl client list to your Online Booking client list. This process needs to be completed only when adding new clients to Online Booking.
Client Directed Signup
If you will be using Online Booking for new clients, they will create their own account by visiting your Online Booking URL through your website. In order to book a session, they must create an account and verify their email address.
Clients can create an account by selecting Create Account at the top of the Client Portal.

They will then fill out the required information and select Create Account

Once they have filled out the required information they will receive an email to very their account. By following the instruction they will be verified and able to book sessions via the Client Portal.

If the client cannot verify their account, you can verify it manually by navigating to Prospects under Clients and selecting Verify.

Associating a Prospective Client
After the prospective client is verified, you will need to associate the prospect to an existing client profile. First you should create a client profile for them. You can find the instructions for creating client profiles here. Next, from the Prospects menu under Clients, you will need to select Associate after selecting the desired prospect.

From the Associate Client menu, type in the newly created client's name, and then select Associate.

Now the client will be able to book sessions through the Client Portal.
Client Invitation
You can invite a client to the Client Portal by going to Clients, selecting the desired client, and then selecting Invite to Portal.

From the Invite to Client Portal menu, you can send ether an Email or an SMS.
To send an email invitation select Email, enter the client's email address if it is not already pre-populated, modify the Subject and Welcome Email Message, and then select Send Invite when finished.

To send an SMS invitation, select SMS and enter the phone number if not already pre-populated, modify the Welcome SMS Message as desired, and the select Send Invite.
