In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes, providers can now see the source of a payment processed via Stripe from the Dashboard, clients can no longer send messages via the Client Portal during a payment when the therapist does not have secure messages and notifications enabled, and you can now add provider license information on superbills, as well as other bug fixes.
Payment Sources
You can now see if a payment was processed manually, automatically via autopay, or was submitted by the client through the Client Portal. Simply go to the Dashboard and select Stripe and you will see this information under the Payment Source column.

Changes to Secure Messaging
Clients can no longer send messages via the Client Portal during a payment when the therapist does not have secure messages and notifications enabled. This is to prevent missed messages from clients and reduce any communications issues between the clinician and client.
