Clients can access important forms via the Client Portal if the feature is turned on within Owl. To configure your Client Portal, first go to Settings, then select Client Portal, and last select the General tab at the top of the screen.

Here you will see the option to Allow clients to fill out forms on the client portal. Select Yes and clients will now have the option to view and complete forms from the Client Portal.

From the Form view, clients can see which forms are available to them under Forms Title, when they have last been updated under Last Updated, their current status under Status, can open forms to fill them out by selecting Open, and can download copies of files to keep for their own records by selecting Download.

Note: Only forms sent to the client will be displayed in the Client Portal. Forms will not be displayed to anyone else but the selected client, even those in their Circle of Care.
