I Can't Login To Owl

Here are steps you can take to get back into Owl if you have difficulty logging into your clinic.

Password Reset

If you are having issues remembering your password, you can reset your password by selecting Forgot your password? from the log in menu.

You will be prompted to input your email address on the following screen.  From here select Send Reset Email and in a few minutes you should receive an email that will take you to the password reset tool.

Next, select the link in the email.

Finally, input and confirm your new password on the following screen and select Reset Password.  Keep in mind that your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least 3 of the following character types: upper case, lower case, numbers, and special characters.

Incorrect Login Email

When resetting your password, if you get the message “Failed to initiate password reset - Could not find email, please try again?” this means you're attempting to log in with an email address not associated with a user of your Owl account. Try another email address, or if you're unsure what else it could be, reach out to our support team for help. If you are the user who signed up for Owl, check your inboxes and see if you can find which email address was sent your Owl sign-up information.

Finding your Owl URL

For security reasons, Owl URL's are unsearchable through search engines and cannot be accessed through the main Owl marketing website. If you can't remember your URL, try checking your internet history, or the email we sent you when you signed up with a link to your account.
