In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes, forms are now accessible in the Client Portal, allowing for a more streamlined experience for both clinicians sending forms and for clients receiving and completing forms, and client portal invites can now be sent via SMS.

Forms in Client Portal

Clients can now access important forms via the Client Portal!  To configure your Client Portal, first go to Settings, then select Client Portal, and last select the General tab at the top of the screen.  Here you will see the option to Allow clients to fill out forms on the client portal.  Select Yes and clients will now have the option to view and complete forms from the Client Portal.

From the Form view, clients can see which forms are available to them under Forms Title, when they have last been updated under Last Updated, their current status under Status, can open forms to fill them out by selecting Open, and can download copies of files to keep for their own records by selecting Download.

Note: Only forms sent to the client will be displayed in the Client Portal.  Forms will not be displayed to anyone else but the selected client, even those in their Circle of Care.

 

SMS Invites

You can now opt to send invites to the Client Portal via SMS instead of email.  Simply invite a client by going to Clients, selecting a client and selecting Invite to Portal, and then selecting SMS.  If a phone number already exists for the client in their profile it will be auto-populated in the Phone Number field.  You can update the invitation message that your client will received under the Welcome SMS Message field.  When you are finished, select Send Invite.
