In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes, cancellations reasons have been added to the Client Portal along with more advanced labeling in the Calendar View.  Labels have also been added to session notes to indicate who has signed off on them.

Client Portal Cancellation Updates

Cancellation reasons have been added to the Client Portal to better communicate why a client has cancelled.  This information will be sent alongside the email updates you receive when a client cancels a session and will automatically update the cancelation within Owl.  More information on the Client Portal and how clients interact with it can be found here and more information on attendance management from your end can be found here.

Updates to Session Notes

New therapy notes statuses have been added to the Sessions & Notes section for easier at a glance status updates.  These include:
Therapist Signed: This means that the therapist has signed the note but other signatures may be required such as a supervisor.
Supervisor Signed: This means that the supervisor has signed the note but other signatures may be required such as the therapist.
