Various Bug Fixes
Create/Edit Session - add service
US users now have the ability to add additional services to a session in the Create Sessions view so users can ensure that sessions accurately align to the services provided.
Create Claim - service units for 15 min CPT codes
US users can now break submit claims broken into units of 15 minutes per CPT code.
Field to populate Check/EFT #
Explanation of Benefits PDFs now provide users the check number form the insurance in the existing Check/EFT field so users can easily confirm when they have received payment for a claim associated with EOB.
View Session - UI updates to Fee Summary and Service details
This update introduces significant improvements to the View Session interface, aligning it with the design and functionality of the Create and Edit Session interface for a more cohesive user experience. The Service Details section now displays comprehensive information, including:
• POS (Place of Service) codes
• Service fees
• Modifiers
• Add-on services
• New Fee Summary
These updates ensure key session details are accessible and intuitive, regardless of session status.
The Void action has been removed from Deductible claims
The void function has been removed from 'Deductible' claims as they operate in a similar way to 'Approved' claims.
Stripe - Industry guide for HSA/FSA cards
We have included an industry guide to aid in HSA/FSA card processing through Stripe. By selecting Settings, then Payment Details, under the Stripe tab there is an option to view the industry guide by selecting View Industry Types.
