April 15th, 2025 Edition

In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes, users now have the ability to set insurance profiles to inactive, updates have been made to insurance profile details to better indicate and include information that is required for processing insurance claims, and the ability to pre-populate fields in new insurance profiles that have already been configured in previous profiles has been added, along with other bug fixes.

Setting Insurance Profiles to Inactive

You can now set insurance profiles to inactive.  Under Settings, then Insurance, in the Profiles tab select a profile, then select the Set Inactive button in the bottom left.

You can filter profiles based on their Active or Inactive status.  Note that by default profiles are filtered by Active.

Changes to Insurance Profiles

The insurance profiles menu has been redesigned to include all of the information required to process an insurance claim.  Information is now labeled according to the corresponding section during claims submission, and information such as the service facility address is now populated from the clinic location where the session took place.
