You now have the ability to email and save client's coverage forms in Owl, along with images of their coverage cards. To begin, select the Add coverage button (the + button) in the bottom right of the Insurance section under Clients.

From here, select Send form to client.

Next, enter the contact information for the client. You can add an second, or alternative, email to the client if needed. When you are finished select Send Form.

Your client will receive a form request email that will look something like this. Note that the email template can be edited to better match your needs. When the click on the link to the Insurance Coverage Request Form they will be sent to the client portal to enter in their information.

In the client portal, clients will be able to upload pictures of the front and back of their insurance cards in the fields provided and fill out the required information below. Please note that at this time this form can is not editable and it cannot be deleted from the forms list.


Once the client enters their information and selects Submit, they will receive a confirmation notification.


You will then receive a notification email informing you that your client has filled out the form.

If you navigate back to the client's view under Insurance you will see that this insurance information has been added. Note that this will not automatically be set as the default insurance option. From here you can select the triple dot menu and then select View Card to see the images uploaded by the client of their insurance card.
