In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes, we have added the ability to view the transaction history of a claim

Transaction and Comments History

You can now view the transaction history of a claim.  You can see this history by selecting Comments & Transaction History under the More Actions button or through the View Details menu.

You will find the Claims Transaction History at the bottom of the menu.

You can add a comment to a claim under the Add Comment section by typing your comment into the field and selecting Save.

After the system saves, your comment will appear below.

It is also possible to access the Comments & Transaction History from the Clients view.  Under Insurance, when you select Create Claim, you will have the same ability see the Comments & Transaction History as well as make comments.

Please note that you will need to select Save to the right of the add comment box to save your comments.  

Client Coverage Request Form

You now have the ability to email and save client's coverage forms in Owl, along with images of their coverage cards.  You can find more details about this process in the following help center article here.
