Using Upheal with Owl Practice

Learn more about Upheal's AI Note-taking tools!

Owl has partnered with Upheal to provide you with optional AI tools to make note-taking easier.  AI tools such as these can save precious time making clinical notes, improve accuracy, and give insight to sessions using analytics of speech patterns and behavioral trends.  This tool is completely optional and is separate from Owl's systems. Don't forget to check out other partnerships with Owl at our marketplace.  You can also find more information about using AI in mental health from our webcast, blog, and our free guide on the topic.

Copying AI Notes into Owl

Because Upheal is not a part of Owl, you will have to copy and paste the notes that are generated by these platforms into the system.  To start, simply go to a session and select Create Note

Then go to the notes generated in ether Upheal, right-click in Windows and select Copy (Ctrl+C), or select Copy from the Edit menu in MacOS (⌘C)

Note that in Blueprint you can also select Copy for each section or Copy at the bottom of the screen of your notes to select all of the text.

Then in the Session Note view, right-click and select Paste in Windows (Ctrl+V), or select Paste from the Edit menu in MacOS (⌘V).
