When you first set up your Owl Practice Suite account and log into the system, you will see that you already have a client set up in the system. Don't be alarmed, that's just Hillary Hootkins, our example client to help you get acquainted with the system! Hillary is just there to demonstrate how Owl Practice Suite's systems work and give you an example of what a client may look like in the system.
Hillary Hootkins is already set up with a sample session she has attended, an upcoming session, a sample service called Hoot Help Session, and an invoice which has already been paid.
If you select the completed session, you will see the sample service, a summary of the sample visit, and the sample amount charged.
If you need to remove Hillary Hootkins to make way for your real clients, you can easily delete the profile without it affecting any other systems or information. Simply go to Clients, then select the check box next to Hootkins, Hillary, and finally select Delete in the upper right hand corner.
If you need to delete all traces of Hillary Hootkins, you can delete the entire Hoot Help Session by going to Settings, then Services and Fees, selecting the check box to the left of Hoot Help Session, and selecting Delete.
