Adding a Service
Before you can schedule your first session you need to add services to your clinic. You can specify the price, duration, and tax rate for your services by navigating to Services and Fees under the Settings menu.

To add new services, select the + button in the upper right.

Next, the Add New Service window will appear. From here, you can add Basic info such as the Service Name, CPT/HCPCS codes, Duration, Type, and the Therapist Grade, Fees and fee related information including the Default Fee, Tax Rates, Late Cancelation Fee, No Show Fee, and information regrading the Place of Service, Availability, and a Service Description. Once you have entered in all of the relevant information, select Create Service.

Remove a Service
To remove a service, select the check box to the left of the service and then select Delete in the upper right hand panel.

Note: If you delete a service type, it will not delete historical data. Owl will keep all sessions you've previously booked under that type, and it will keep all settings from that type still available in that session history. Deleting a service simply removes it from the list for future sessions.
Editing a Service
To edit a service, select the check box to the left of the service and then select Edit in the upper right hand panel.

From here, the Update Service menu will appear and you can modify the service. After you are finished, select Save Service.

Allow on Portal
You can allow and disallow the service from you client portal, and manage which clients are allowed to see the service by selecting Allow on Portal while a service is selected. You can make the service available to all clients, allow existing clients only to see the service, only allow new clients to see the service, or disallow everyone from seeing the service by selecting do not allow.

Non-Session Charges
If you wish to add additional charges that are not associated with sessions, you can add them by selecting the Non-Session Charges tab and selecting the + button.

Adding a Charge
From the Add a Charge window you can enter information such as the Service Name, CPT/HCPCS Code, Duration, Fee, Tax Rate, and a Service Description. After you have entered in the information, select Save.
