Workflow Unadjudicated Claims
While claims are being processed by the insurer, you can track their progress in your Owl account by going to Workflow and clicking into the Unadjudicated Claims section:
Each unadjudicated claim will display its status as either Submitted, Received, Processed, or Resubmitted. You can click the checkbox next to any of the claims here and the View Details option will appear:
You can click View Details to review the information for the claim:
This view will show you the details of the claim, including Coverage and Session Details.
